Objective

Human factors is useful in all industries beyond aviation maintenance. Proper consideration of human factors leads to improved workplace environments, worker and equipment safety, and communication between co-workers.

This course outlines some fundamental ideas in the area of Human Factors. Knowledge gained within the last five decades assists both supervisors and technicians to conduct their jobs more efficiently with less stress and, most importantly, increased safety.
